It is no secret that even relatively cheap black jacket can look very stylish if you know what accessories to wear with it. Thick scarf, jeans, and sport shoes together with your jacket is the look number 1! Big necklace with many chains, black tight pants and hight heels, rolled up sleeves and gloves -the look number 2! The black jacket over big t-shirt together with short jean skirt or baggy boyfriend jeans plus a crazy hat or cap—here you go, your look number 3! I just love accessories, so here is my report of top accessories of this season, the best trends and styles!
Joyful combination of colors at the Marc Jacobs show brights up everything around you. Pink and green surprisingly look amazing together. The Fall 2009 will be very colorful!
Even more pink is found in Fendi, LV, Marc Jacobs, Nina Ricci, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Dolce & Gabbana collections. They offer beautiful pink clutches in leather, wool and with sliver stud embellishment.
By the way studs are another trend for this fall and winter in accessories. Many designers used studs all over. Here are Roberto Cavalli, Miu Miu leather bag with metal studs, and Givenchy white gloves with studs.
Talking about gloves! If you still don’t have them you have another few weeks to find the ones you like. High gloves are the best. Michael Kors offers them in wool, while elegant Lanvin gloves are done in leather.
The hand bags this season are various in styles and forms. My personal favorites are Burberry overdyed vintage check tote with barb belt, Sonia Rykiel wool plaid bag, famous LV bags, Giorgio Armani leather frame bag, Jimmy Choo red handbag, Stella McCartney, Balenciaga, Roget Vivier, Mulberry, Cole Haan and Marc Jacobs Patterned handbag.
Fendi and Derek Lam made bags and clutches with fur details. Looks just fantastic. Another cute feather detailed miracle is Nina Ricci’s necklace.
Fur and feather are also seen on bracelets. Incredible bracelets by Givenchy and Delfina Delettrez left me speechless! Both designers used fur and crosses.
Necklaces are very massive this season. The main theme is a chain. It’s either one big chain as in Michael Kors collection or smaller multi-chains as in the colletion of Burberry and Janis Savitt.
Another great tendency of the fall season is the necklace with a ribbon. Many designers used it in their collection including Marni, Herve Van Der Straeten and Dries Van Noten.
I also loved the feather necklace by Bidermann, funny gold earings by Delfina Delettrez, and oxidized silver bangles by Bottega Veneta.
Shoes Shoes Shoes! New season is full of new ideas and trends. Designers choose to go with platform together with a heel. Girls become even taller. Brian Atwood hides the platform in the black elegant shoe, so no one notices you cheat your height an inch or so, Fendi and YSL offer a beautiful shoes with platform combined with a heel, Bruno Frisoni and Donna Karan make girls taller in sandals, while Miu Miu made a cute leather boot with a fur detail.
I liked the shoes by Bottega Veneta (satin and leather shoe), fold over heel by Coach, and Marni pump!
And my absolute love goes to Viktor&Rolf boots with briefcase buckle, Michael Kors gray boots, and fantastic Hermes.
I have noticed a new element in the Prada, Miu Miu and Hussein Chalayan collections. All of them added a new element to their boots. Do you see what I mean?
Fur details on the boots is popular every fall/winter season. But in the collections of 2009/2010 we see fur details even on shoes and sandals. Here are Roberto Cavalli fur boots and super cool Miu Miu fur shoe.
This fall and winter promise to be full of interesting experiments. Just take a looks at the new finds! Punk shoes by Prada, Karl Lagerfeld silver customized earphones and awsome necklace by Marni.
